Senior Account Executive (SAE)
The ideal SAE candidate must have 5 or more years experience in an agency or corporate environment and should be able to:
Understand the value of public relations to a client's business and how to achieve achievable results for them; interact with and counsel clients and manage their expectations.
Provide counsel and manage day-to-day execution of all outreach and activities.
Understand the media and how it operates, implement a wide range of media activities and measurement techniques. Be able to pitch the media and secure media placements on behalf of clients. Proven media results to-date.
Cultivate relationships with key constituents for your clients and your practice or industry, and successfully manage third party relations.
Demonstrate strong writing skills; know the target audience and use the appropriate tone to effectively position it in various materials as well as be able to provide strong editorial skills.
Manage team dynamics and mentor junior staff.
Manage client budgets and budget tracking in an effective and efficient manner.
Develop and meet established deadlines in a manner that delivers the best results for clients.
